WHat are you referring to? I have a lot of literature and would love to help out. Are you referring to crowd control and if so then DOC has a DART team (designated armed response team) By the way I have the policy you requested on pepperball. Its on the way. Bout time, HUH?

Are you referring to outside your facility or in the yard or dayrooms?

We use the pepperball system both in and outside of our facility. If that is what you are reffering to.
